Common use of NORMAL AND MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE Clause in Contracts

NORMAL AND MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE. Members of the bargaining unit shall be eligible for normal retirement under this plan upon the attainment of fifty-seven (57) years of age, or the completion of fifteen (15) years of continuous service, whichever comes later. All employees shall be subject to the Certificate of Continuance provision contained in Section 15-119 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of New London.
