Common use of Normal Exercise Clause in Contracts

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 in each of the years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. This Option remains exercisable through September 20, 2010 unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 in each of the years 2002January 31, 20032005, 2004 2006, 2007 and 20052008. This Option remains exercisable through September 20January 30, 2010 2012, unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only if permitted by, and in accordance with with, the provisions of paragraph 3 2 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 2520% of ----------------- ---------------- the total shares on September 21 November 20 in each of the years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. This Option remains exercisable through September 20November 19, 2010 unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 2533 1/3% ---------------- of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 23 in each of the years 20022005, 2003, 2004 2006 and 20052007. This Option remains exercisable through September 2022, 2010 2012 unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.

This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- ---------------- the total shares on September 21 May __ in each of the years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 2003 and 20052004. This Option remains exercisable through September 20May 7, 2010 unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 2520% of ----------------- ---------------- the total shares on September 21 May __ in each of the years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. This Option remains exercisable through September 20May 7, 2010 unless Optionee is no longer employed by serving as a Director of the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 in each of the years 2002January 30, 20032006, 2004 2007, 2008 and 20052009. This Option remains exercisable through September 20January 29, 2010 2013, unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only if permitted by, and in accordance with with, the provisions of paragraph 3 2 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- ---------------- the total shares on September 21 in each of the years 2002January 31, 20032005, 2004 2006, 2007 and 20052008. This Option remains exercisable through September 20January 30, 2010 2012, unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only if permitted by, and in accordance with with, the provisions of paragraph 3 2 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option remains exercisable through September 2023, 2010 2008 unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 in each of the years 2002February 5, 20032007, 2004 2008, 2009 and 20052010. This Option remains exercisable through September 20February 4, 2010 2014, unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only if permitted by, and in accordance with with, the provisions of paragraph 3 2 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 January 14 in each of the years 20022006, 20032007, 2004 2008 and 20052009. This Option remains exercisable through September 20January 13, 2010 2015 unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate --------------- of 2540% of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 in each May 20, 2002, and the remaining 60% of the years 2002total shares on May 20, 2003, 2004 and 20052006. This Option remains exercisable through September 20February 2, 2010 2012, unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only if permitted by, and in accordance with with, the provisions of paragraph 3 2 below.

Normal Exercise. This Option becomes exercisable at the rate of 25% of ----------------- the total shares on September 21 October 19 in each of the years 20022005, 20032006, 2004 2007 and 20052008. This Option remains exercisable through September 20October 18, 2010 2014 unless Optionee is no longer employed by the Company, in which case the Option is exercisable only in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 below.
