Normal Wear and Tear means the gradual reduction in performance of Goods having regard to the age of the Goods and the nature and frequency of use of the Goods.

Normal Wear. For hardware and software problems, students must take their laptop to the Technology Department with a note of permission from a teacher. Normal wear and tear, mechanical breakdowns and faulty construction will be repaired at no cost to the student. A loaner laptop will be issued to the student while the laptop is being repaired. Normal Wear. The guarantee does not cover replaceable elements, such as: light sources, igniters, capacitors and other components subjected to normal wear during exploitation. The guarantee does not cover the natural wear of used materials, e.g. yellowing of the casings/lampshades, fading of the coatings, which may become discolored with the passing of time, as well as due to weather conditions. Glo Bridal will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep items in good condition but cannot guarantee that Consignor’s items will be in the same condition as when such items were left for resale. In no event will Glo Bridal be liable for any normal wear.
Normal Wear. Normal wear and tear is when an object is damaged or ceases to quit working during the course of the objects life and the object was used for the purpose it was made. Normal wear and tear is deterioration which occurs without negligence, carelessness or abuse of the premises, equipment or chattels by TENANT, a member of the TENANT’S household or other person on the premises with the TENANT’S consent.
