North and South Corridors Clause Samples

North and South Corridors. For and in consideration of Landlord’s agreement to modify the North and South corridors that Landlord would have built but for this Lease in order to increase the square footage of the Premises, on or before the termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, restore and/or construct the South and North corridors of the Building in accordance with the plans and specification attached hereto as Exhibit G and with all Applicable Laws, including, without limitation, obtaining any required permits or other governmental approvals.
