Common use of North Dakota Clause in Contracts

North Dakota. If during employment with Company, the employee lived or worked in North Dakota, the following language is added to the end of the Release section: Employee expressly waives any and all rights that Employee may have under any state or local statute, executive order, regulation, common law and/or public policy relating to unknown claims, including but not limited to North Dakota Century Code § 9-13-02.
