North Dakota. If during employment with the Company, Employee lived or worked in North Dakota, the following language is added to the release: Employee expressly waives any and all rights under any state or local statute, executive order, regulation, common law and/or public policy relating to unknown claims, including but not limited to North Dakota Century Code § 9-13-02.
