North Louisiana Property Sale Date Amendments to Credit Agreement. In reliance on the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Fourth Amendment, the Credit Agreement shall be further amended effective as of the North Louisiana Property Sale Date in the manner provided in this Section 3 without any vote of the Lenders, action by the Administrative Agent or satisfaction of any other condition.
