Common use of Northern Irish Powers Supplemental Clause in Contracts

Northern Irish Powers Supplemental. The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Administrative Agent by this Agreement in respect of the Northern Irish Security Documents shall be supplemental to the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 and the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (as amended) and in addition to any which may be vested in the Administrative Agent by general law, regulation or otherwise.
