Except as otherwise provided in this Warrant, unless the Holder exercises this Warrant in writing, the Holder shall not be entitled to any rights (i) as a stockholder of the Company with respect to the shares as to which the Warrant is exercisable including, without limitation, the right to vote or receive dividends or other distributions, or (ii) to receive any notice of any proceedings of the Company.
