This Agreement is not an employment or service agreement, and no provision of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted to create an employment or other service relationship between Optionee and the Company, the Affiliates and subsidiaries or guarantee the right to remain employed by or to continue to provide services to the Company, the Affiliates and subsidiaries, for any specified term or require the Company or any Affiliate or subsidiary to employ or utilize the services of Optionee for any period of time.
