Not Applicable to Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, in connection with any Mortgage Loan that constitutes a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, the Primary Servicer shall not have the authority to enter into, or the duty to make a recommendation with respect to, any modification, waiver, amendment or consent otherwise described in the foregoing provisions of this Section 3.15.
