Not Binding. This Agreement will not be binding upon the parties until it has been signed below on behalf of each party by a duly authorized representative.

Not Binding. This Amendment is being tendered to Tenant without obligation on Landlord’s part and in no event shall it be deemed to be binding upon Landlord or give Tenant any rights unless and until Landlord shall have executed the same and delivered a copy to Tenant.
