Not Compensation for Other Plans. Except for amounts paid pursuant to Section 3(a)(i)(A) that are considered compensation, earnings or wages for purposes of any employee benefit plan of the Corporation or its Subsidiaries, it is understood by all parties hereto that amounts paid and benefits provided hereunder are not to be considered compensation, earnings or wages for purpose of any employee benefit plan of the Corporation or its Subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, the qualified retirement plan or the Idaho Power Company Security Plan.
