NOT DAMAGE THE PREMISES. You must not damage the premises or the building, or allow anyone else to damage them. You must advise the Accommodation Office of any damage to the premises or the building so that we can make repairs. If you are found to be responsible for any damage you will be required to pay the costs of these repairs.
