Not Exclusive Remedy. Any right of indemnity of any party pursuant to this Article 10 shall be in addition to and shall not operate as a limitation on any other right to indemnity of such party pursuant to this Plan, any other document or instrument executed in connection with the consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby, or otherwise.
