Common use of Not Federally Guaranteed Clause in Contracts

Not Federally Guaranteed. Except to the extent permitted by section 149(b) of the Code and the Regulations and rulings thereunder, the City shall not take or omit to take any action which would cause the Bonds to be federally guaranteed within the meaning of section 149(b) of the Code and the Regulations and rulings thereunder.

Not Federally Guaranteed. Except to the extent permitted by section 149(b) of the Code and the Tax Regulations and rulings thereunder, the Authority and the City shall not take or omit to take any action which that would cause the Bonds any 2015-A Bond to be “federally guaranteed guaranteed” within the meaning of section 149(b) of the Code and the Tax Regulations and rulings thereunder.
