Not in Director Capacity. Except to the extent set forth in Section 1.4, no person executing this Agreement who is, during the term hereof, a director of Bancorp, makes any agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. The parties sign solely in their capacities as owners of or holders of the power to vote shares of Bancorp Stock.
Not in Director Capacity. Except to the extent set forth in Sections 1.4 and 1.5, no person executing this Agreement who is, during the term hereof, a director of Landmark, makes any agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. The parties sign solely in their capacities as owners of or holders of the power to vote shares of Landmark Stock.
Not in Director Capacity. Except to the extent set forth in Section 1.2, no person executing this Agreement who is, during the term hereof, a director of CVCB, makes any agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. Shareholder signs solely in his or her capacity as owner of or holder of the power to vote shares of CVCB Stock.
Not in Director Capacity. Affiliate, who is a director of 1st Pacific Bancorp and/or 1st Pacific Bank, makes no agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. Affiliate signs solely in his or her capacities as owner of or holder of the power to vote shares of 1st Pacific Bancorp Stock.
Not in Director Capacity. Except to the extent set forth in Section 1.4, no person executing this Agreement who is, during the term hereof, a director of FFB, makes any agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. The parties sign solely in their capacities as owners of or holders of the power to vote shares of FFB Stock.
Not in Director Capacity. Affiliate, who is a director of First Business Bank, makes no agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. Affiliate signs solely in his or her capacities as owner of or holder of the power to vote shares of First Business Bank Stock.

Except to the extent set forth in Section 1.4, no person executing this Agreement who is, during the term hereof, a director of SCB, makes any agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. The parties sign solely in their capacities as owners of or holders of the power to vote shares of SCB Stock.

Except to the extent set forth in Section 1.4, no person executing this Agreement who is, during the term hereof, a director of LCB, makes any agreement or understanding herein in his or her capacity as such director. The parties sign solely in their capacities as owners of or holders of the power to vote shares of LCB Stock.

Except to the extent set forth in Section 1.4, no person executing this Agreement who is, during the term hereof, a director of ROSE, makes any agreement or understanding herein in his capacity as such director. The parties sign solely in their capacities as owners of or holders of the power to vote shares of ROSE Common Stock.
