Not Incentive Stock Options. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Corporation and Optionee acknowledge and agree that the Plan was not intended to provide for the issuance of "incentive stock options" as defined in Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and that the options granted pursuant to this Agreement are not "incentive stock options" as so defined. 14.
