Common use of Not Invalidate Policies Clause in Contracts

Not Invalidate Policies. The Tenant must: 12.4.1 not do anything which may make any insurance effected by the Council or the Tenant invalid, capable of being cancelled (by the insurer) or rendered ineffective, or which may increase any insurance premium payable by the Council; and 12.4.2 pay any increase in any insurance premium payable by the Council where such increase has been caused by the Tenant's act, default or use of the Premises.
