Common use of Not Joint Obligations Clause in Contracts

Not Joint Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein or in the other Operative Documents, each Lender's and the Lessor's commitments shall be several, and not joint. In no event shall any Funding Party be obligated to fund an amount in excess of such Funding Party's Commitment Percentage of any Funding, or to fund amounts in the aggregate in excess of such Funding Party's Commitment.
