Common use of Not Obligations of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Not Obligations of the Trust. None of the fees, expenses and other liabilities referred to in Sections 7.1 and 7.2 shall be obligations of the Trust or otherwise chargeable to the Trust Estate, except as provided in Section 7.2. The Owner Trustee hereby agrees not to cause or participate in the filing of a petition in bankruptcy against the Trust for the non-payment to the Owner Trustee of any amounts provided by this Agreement until 91 days after the payment in full of all the Notes issued under the Indenture.

None of the fees, expenses and other liabilities referred to in Sections 7.1 and 7.2 shall be obligations of the Trust or otherwise chargeable to the Trust Estate, except as provided in Section 7.2. The Owner Trustee hereby agrees not to cause or participate in the filing of a petition in bankruptcy against the Trust for the non-payment nonpayment to the Owner Trustee of any amounts provided by this Agreement until 91 days after the payment in full of all the Notes issued under the Indenture.
