Common use of Not Owned/Other Liens Clause in Contracts

Not Owned/Other Liens. Inventory that is not owned by a Credit Party or is subject to Liens other than Permitted Liens described in subsections 5.1(b), (c), (d), (f), (j), (p) and (q) or rights of any other Person (including the rights of a purchaser that has made progress payments and the rights of a surety that has issued a bond to assure a Credit Party’s performance with respect to that Inventory);

Not Owned/Other Liens. Inventory that is not owned by a Credit Party Borrower or is subject to Liens other than Permitted Liens described in subsections 5.1(b), (c), (d), (f), (j), (p) and (qf) or rights of any other Person (including the rights of a purchaser that has made progress payments and the rights of a surety that has issued a bond to assure a Credit PartyBorrower’s performance with respect to that Inventory);

Not Owned/Other Liens. Inventory that is not owned by a Credit Party or is subject to Liens other than Permitted Liens described in subsections Sections 5.1(b), (c), (d), (f), (j), (p) and (qf) or rights of any other Person (including the rights of a purchaser that has made progress payments and the rights of a surety that has issued a bond to assure a Credit Party’s performance with respect to that Inventory, and including any Inventory constituting AmerisourceBergen Inventory Collateral or and any other Inventory subject to vendor financing);

Not Owned/Other Liens. Inventory that is not owned by a Credit Party or is subject to Liens other than Permitted Liens described in subsections 5.1(bSections 6.01(b), (c), (d), (f), (j), (p) and (qf) or rights of any other Person (including the rights of a purchaser that has made progress payments and the rights of a surety that has issued a bond to assure a Credit Party’s performance with respect to that Inventory);

Inventory that is not owned by a Credit Party or is subject to Liens other than Permitted Liens described in subsections 5.1(bSection 6.01(b), (c), (d), (f), (j), (p) and (qf) or rights of any other Person (including the rights of a purchaser that has made progress payments and the rights of a surety that has issued a bond to assure a Credit Party’s performance with respect to that Inventory);

Inventory that is not owned by a Credit Party or is subject to Liens other than Permitted Liens described in subsections 5.1(bSection 6.01(b), (c), (d), (f), (j), (p) and (qf) (but, for the avoidance of doubt, including Inventory that is subject to a Lien in favor a wholesaler) or rights of any other Person (including the rights of a purchaser that has made progress payments and the rights of a surety that has issued a bond to assure a Credit Party’s performance with respect to that Inventory);

Not Owned/Other Liens. Inventory that is not owned by a Credit Party or is subject to Liens other than Permitted Liens described in subsections 5.1(bSections 6.01(b), (c), (d), (f), (j), (p) and (qp) or rights of any other Person (including the rights of a purchaser that has made progress payments and the rights of a surety that has issued a bond to assure a Credit Party’s performance with respect to that Inventory);
