The recitals contained herein and in the Bonds, except the certificates of authentication on the Bonds, shall be taken as the statements of the Depositor, and the Trustee assumes no responsibility for their correctness. The Trustee makes no representation as to the validity or sufficiency of this Indenture or of the Bonds. The Trustee shall not be accountable for the use or application by the Depositor of Bonds or the proceeds thereof or any money paid to the Depositor or upon Depositor Order pursuant to the provisions hereof.
