Not Responsible for Recitals or Issuance of Certificates. The recitals contained herein and in the Certificates of each series, except the certificates of authentication, shall not be taken as the statements of the Trustee, and the Trustee assumes no responsibility for their correctness. Subject to Section 7.15, the Trustee makes no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Basic Agreement, any Trust Supplement, the Note Documents, the Indentures, the Equipment Notes or the Certificates, except that the Trustee hereby represents and warrants that this Basic Agreement has been, and each Trust Supplement and each Certificate of each series will be, executed and delivered by one of its officers who is duly authorized to execute and deliver such document on its behalf.
