Not Set-Off or Combination. ABN waives and shall not have or be entitled to exercise any right of set-off, combination of accounts, lien or Security Interest over any Deposit. Without limitation, ABN shall not be entitled to set-off any obligation by an Approved Fund under or in respect of a Hedge against any obligation of ABN under or in respect of a Deposit.
