Not to be Construed Against Drafter. 29.1 THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY EACH HAVE HAD AN ADEQUATE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW EACH AND EVERY PROVISION CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND TO SUBMIT THE SAME TO LEGAL COUNSEL FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT, INCLUDING EXPRESSLY BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WAIVERS AND INDEMNITIES CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. BASED ON SAID REVIEW AND CONSULTATION, THE PARTIES AGREE WITH EACH AND EVERY TERM CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT EACH AND EVERY TERM IS CONSPICUOUS. BASED ON THE FOREGOING, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE RULE OF CONSTRUCTION THAT A CONTRACT BE CONSTRUED AGAINST THE DRAFTER, IF ANY, SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN THE INTERPRETATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
