Not to convert Common Areas and Facilities to own use. Except with the prior approval of the Owners’ Committee (if formed), no Owner (including the First Owner) shall convert any part of the Common Areas and Facilities to its own use or for its own benefit and any payment or fees received by the Owners’ Committee for the approval shall be credited to the Special Fund.
