Not to Use Personal Accounts for Company Business. The Company and the Founder shall not, and shall procure each member of the Company Group not to, use in any manner the personal accounts or finances of the Founder or any director or officer of any member of the Company Group to conduct (a) any business relating to any member of the Company Group including but not limited to the purchase of vehicles and the payment of Company Group expenses, other than the reimbursement of business-related expenses in the ordinary course of business up to an aggregate of US$30,000 per annum and (b) any foreign currency exchange on behalf of or with any member of the Company Group.
