Not Trust Funds. Notwithstanding anything herein or at law or in equity to the contrary, none of the Casualty Insurance Proceeds, or Award on account of any Condemnation, that may be paid to Landlord as herein provided shall be deemed trust funds, and Landlord shall be entitled to dispose of such Casualty Insurance Proceeds or Award as provided in this Section 15 or in Section 16 or Section 17.6 below, as applicable.
