Common use of Not Trust Funds Clause in Contracts

Not Trust Funds. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease or any Legal Requirements or in equity to the contrary, none of the Property Loss Insurance Proceeds, or Award on account of any Condemnation, that may be paid to Landlord as provided by this Lease shall be deemed trust funds, and Landlord shall be entitled to dispose of such Property Loss Insurance Proceeds or Award as provided in this Section 12 or in Section 13, as applicable.
