Not Use Roof Sample Clauses

Not Use Roof use, or permit to be used, for the storage of equipment other than the accommodation of air conditioning equipment, or for any other purpose whatsoever, the roof areas of the Leased Premises or the Shopping Center; allow any air conditioning service representative or any other person access to the roof without prior notice to Landlord;
