Notarial Fees, Registration, Stamp and Transfer Taxes and Duties. Each Seller shall bear the cost of all notarial fees and all registration, stamp and transfer taxes and duties or their equivalents in all jurisdictions where such fees, taxes and duties are payable as a result of that Seller’s sale of its Target Group to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

Each Seller The Purchaser shall bear the cost of all notarial fees and all registration, stamp and transfer taxes and duties or their equivalents in all jurisdictions where such fees, taxes taxes, and duties or equivalents are payable as a result of that Seller’s sale of its Target Group to the Purchaser pursuant to transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Purchaser shall be responsible for arranging the payment of all such fees, taxes, and duties or equivalents including fulfilling any administrative or reporting obligation imposed by the jurisdiction in question in connection with such payment.
