Notary. The Sellers are aware that the Notary is a civil law notary working at DLA Piper Nederland N.V., the firm that advises Purchaser in respect of the matters set out in this Agreement. With reference to the Code of Conduct (Verordening beroeps- en gedragsregels) established by the Royal Notarial Professional Organization (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie), parties hereby acknowledge and confirm that (i) the Notary shall execute any and all deeds related to the Closing Documents; and (ii) Purchaser is assisted and represented by DLA Piper Nederland N.V. in relation to the Closing Documents and any other agreements that may be concluded, or disputes that may arise, in connection therewith.
Notary. The Notary is a civil law notary with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V., legal advisers to the Purchaser. The Seller acknowledges that it is aware of the provisions of the Ordinance Containing Rules of Professional Conduct and Ethics of the Royal Professional Organisation of Civil Law Notaries. The Seller acknowledges and agrees that De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. may advise and act on behalf of the Purchaser and its Affiliates with respect to this Agreement, the Transaction Documents and/or any disputes related thereto or arising therefrom.
Notary. The Pledgor and the Pledgee acknowledge that Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, aforementioned, is (associated with) the Pledgee’s counsel and that they are aware of the provisions of Articles 8, 9, 10 and 14.2 of the Guidelines concerning associations between civil law notaries (notarissen) and attorneys-at-law (advocaten) as established by the Board of the Royal Professional Organisation of Civil Law Notaries (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie). The Pledgor and the Pledgee explicitly agree that the Pledgee is represented by the Pledgee’s counsel in any matter relating to this agreement and any disputes in connection therewith.
Notary. The Notary shall confirm to the parties that he has received the amount due pursuant to Section 1.6. At or prior to the Closing Date, the parties shall execute the notarial deed of transfer of the Seller Shares substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Notary. The Parties are aware of the fact that the Notary works with NautaDutilh N.V., the firm that is advising the Company. With reference to the Code of Conduct (Verordening beroeps- en gedragsregels) established by the Royal Notarial Professional Organisation (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie), the Parties herewith explicitly agree that Company is assisted by NautaDutilh N.V. in relation to this Agreement and any agreements that may be concluded, or disputes that may arise, in connection therewith.
Notary. Employees assigned by the Department Head to perform notary duties as part of their regular duties shall receive additional compensation. Each full-time unit employee who meets the eligibility requirements, and is designated by the applicable Department Head and Human Resources Department to receive notary pay shall be compensated at the rate of $25 per pay period. Unit employees receiving notary pay shall also maintain their commission from the California Secretary of State. The City shall also pay for the cost of necessary stamps, journals, supplies, and fees associated with State and/or County requirements, as applicable.
Notary. With reference to the Rules of Professional Conduct (Verordening beroeps- en gedragsregels) of the Royal Dutch Organisation of Civil Law Notaries (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie) all parties expressly agree that (i) De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. acts as counsel to the Seller in connection with, or acts as counsel for or on behalf of the Seller in the event of any dispute relating to, this Agreement or any notarial deeds related to this Agreement, and (ii) the Notary may execute any notarial deeds related to this Agrement even though the Notary works at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. as civil law notary or deputy civil law notary.

With reference to the Code of Conduct (Verordening beroeps- en gedragsregels) established by the Royal Notarial Professional Organisation (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie), the Parties hereby explicitly agree that:
a. the Notary shall execute any notarial deeds related to this Agreement; and
b. the Purchaser is assisted and represented by NautaDutilh in relation to this Agreement and any agreements that may be concluded, or disputes that may arise, in connection with this Agreement.
Notary. 33.1. The Parties are aware that the Notary works with Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx N.V., the firm that has advised the Seller in this transaction. With reference to the Code of Conduct (“Verordening beroeps- en gedragsregels”) established by the Royal Notarial Professional Organisation (“Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie”), the Parties herewith explicitly agree and consent (i) that the Notary shall execute the Deed of Leasehold and (ii) that the Seller is assisted and represented by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx N.V. in relation to this Agreement and any agreements that may be concluded, or disputes that may arise, in connection therewith.
