Common use of Notary Clause in Contracts

Notary. The Notary is a civil law notary with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V., legal advisers to the Purchaser. The Seller acknowledges that it is aware of the provisions of the Ordinance Containing Rules of Professional Conduct and Ethics of the Royal Professional Organisation of Civil Law Notaries. The Seller acknowledges and agrees that De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. may advise and act on behalf of the Purchaser and its Affiliates with respect to this Agreement, the Transaction Documents and/or any disputes related thereto or arising therefrom.

Notary. The Seller is aware that the Notary is a civil law notary with working at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V., legal advisers the law firm acting as Seller’s Lawyers. With reference to the Purchaser. The Seller acknowledges that it is aware of the provisions of the Ordinance Containing Rules Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics (‘Verordening Beroeps- en Gedragsregels’) of the Royal Professional Organisation of Civil Law Notaries. The Seller Notarial Regulatory Body (‘Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie’), Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. may advise assist and act on behalf of the Purchaser and its Affiliates Seller in connection with respect this Agreement including any disputes arising in relation to this Agreement, the Transaction Documents and/or any disputes related thereto or arising therefrom.

The Seller Buyer acknowledges that it is aware of the provisions of the Ordinance Containing Rules of Professional Conduct and Ethics Interdisciplinary Cooperation (Verordening Interdisciplinaire Samenwerking) of the Royal Professional Organisation of Civil Law NotariesNotaries (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie). The Seller Buyer acknowledges and agrees that De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. the Sellers’ lawyers may advise and act on behalf of the Purchaser and its Affiliates Sellers with respect to this Agreement, the Transaction Documents and any agreements and/or any disputes related thereto to or arising therefromresulting from this Agreement.
