Common use of Notation on Certificates in Respect of Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Notation on Certificates in Respect of Supplemental Indentures. Certificates authenticated and delivered after the execution of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of this Article may bear a notation in form approved by the Indenture Trustee as to any matter provided for by such supplemental indenture. If the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee shall so determine, new Certificates so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee, to any modification of this Indenture contained in any such supplemental indenture may be prepared by the Owner Trustee, authenticated by the Indenture Trustee and delivered in exchange for the Outstanding Certificates.
