Notation on Convertible Debentures in Respect of Supplemental Indentures. Convertible Debentures authenticated and delivered after the execution of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of this Article VIII may bear, upon the direction of the Company, a notation in form satisfactory to the Trustee for the Convertible Debentures as to any matter provided for by such supplemental indenture. If the Company or the Trustee shall so determine, new Convertible Debentures so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Trustee and the Company, to any modification of this Indenture contained in any such supplemental indenture may be prepared by the Company, authenticated by the Trustee and delivered in exchange for the Convertible Debentures then Outstanding.
