Notation on final plat. Upon approval of the plan, the developer shall place on the final plat arrows to indicate the direction of drainage ▇▇▇▇▇▇ required for intra-block drainage and the following note: "Arrows indicate direction of drainage swale construction during grading and such ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be maintained by the lot owner, unless modified with approval of the City Engineer."
