Notation on or Exchange of Notes. The Trustee may place an appropriate notation about an amendment or waiver on any Note of an affected series thereafter authenticated. The Company Issuers in exchange for all Notes of a series may issue and the Trustee shall authenticate new Notes of such series that reflect the amendment or waiver. Failure to make the appropriate notation or issue a new Note shall not affect the validity and effect of such amendment or waiver.
