Upon the occurrence of a Default, stamp on its records concerning the Collateral a notation, in form satisfactory to the Bank, of the security interest of the Bank hereunder, and xxxx conspicuously each Document, Chattel Paper, Instrument or contract included in the Collateral with a legend, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank, indicating that such Document, Chattel Paper, Instrument or contract is subject to the security interest of the Bank.
