Notations on Variable Funding Notes. The Administrative Agent is hereby authorized to enter on a schedule attached to the VFNs a notation (which may be computer generated) or to otherwise record in its internal books and records or computer system with respect to each Advance under the applicable VFN made by each Lender of (a) the date and principal amount thereof and (b) each payment and repayment of principal thereof. Any such recordation shall, absent manifest error, constitute prima facie evidence of the outstanding Advances under such VFN. The failure of the Administrative Agent to make any such notation on the schedule attached to a VFN shall not limit or otherwise affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Advances in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
