Common use of Note Completion Clause in Contracts

Note Completion. This Crowd Note will terminate upon the earlier of: (i) a conversion of the entire Purchase Price under this Crowd Note into Conversion Shares; or (ii) the payment of amounts due to the Investor pursuant to Section 4(b)(ii).
