NOTE DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT AND CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT. The Administrator shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to deposit funds into, and withdraw funds from, the Note Distribution Account and the Certificate Distribution Account as set forth in Sections 5.5, 5.6, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10 and 10.1.
