Common use of NOTE FORMS Clause in Contracts

NOTE FORMS. The Additional Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Eleventh Supplemental Indenture giving effect to the provisions of Section (2) above. The Additional Notes may have notations, legends or endorsements required by law, stock exchange rule or usage in addition to those set forth in Exhibit A to the Eleventh Supplemental Indenture.

NOTE FORMS. The Additional Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to this Twelfth Twenty-First Supplemental Indenture shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Eleventh Twentieth Supplemental Indenture giving effect to the provisions of Section (2) above. The Additional Notes may have notations, legends or endorsements required by law, stock exchange rule or usage in addition to those set forth in Exhibit A to the Eleventh Twentieth Supplemental Indenture.

The Additional Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to this Twelfth Forty-First Supplemental Indenture shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Eleventh Thirty-Seventh Supplemental Indenture giving effect to the provisions of Section (2) above. The Additional Notes may have notations, legends or endorsements required by law, stock exchange rule or usage in addition to those set forth in Exhibit A to the Eleventh Thirty-Seventh Supplemental Indenture.

The Additional Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to this Twelfth Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Eleventh Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture giving effect to the provisions of Section (2) above. The Additional Notes may have notations, legends or endorsements required by law, stock exchange rule or usage in addition to those set forth in Exhibit A to the Eleventh Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture.
