Note Guarantee Obligations Continuing. The obligations of each Guarantor hereunder shall be continuing and shall remain in full force and effect until all such obligations have been paid and satisfied in full. Each Guarantor agrees with the Trustee that it shall, upon request by the Trustee, deliver to the Trustee suitable acknowledgments of this continued liability hereunder and under any other instrument or instruments relating to this Indenture in such form as counsel to the Trustee may reasonably advise.
