Note to Be Callable for Prepayment. The Company shall have the ---------------------------------- right, subject to compliance with the provisions of this Article 3, to call this Note for prepayment at any time (herein referred to as the "Prepayment Date"), either in whole or in part, at the principal amount so to be prepaid, together with accrued interest thereon to the Prepayment Date. Any prepayment on this Note shall be proportionate to a simultaneous prepayment on the other Xxxxxx/Xxxx Notes.
