Common use of Note Trustee to Enforce Clause in Contracts

Note Trustee to Enforce. The Current Issuer Cash Manager hereby undertakes to each of the other parties hereto that only the Security Trustee, at the direction of the Note Trustee, may enforce the security created in favour of the Note Trustee by the Current Issuer Deed of Charge in accordance with the provisions thereof.
