Common use of NOTE TRUSTEE'S COSTS AND EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

NOTE TRUSTEE'S COSTS AND EXPENSES. The Issuer shall also pay or discharge all legal fees and other costs, charges, liabilities and expenses properly incurred by the Note Trustee in relation to the preparation and execution of, the exercise of its powers and the performance of its duties under, and in any other manner in relation to, this Deed, the Notes or the Documents, including but not limited to legal and travelling expenses and any stamp, issue, registration, documentary and other taxes or duties paid or payable by the Note Trustee in connection with any action or legal proceedings brought or contemplated by the Note Trustee for enforcing the security created in favour of the Note Trustee by, and contained in, the Deed of Charge or on its behalf against the Issuer or any other person for enforcing any obligations under this Deed, the Notes or the Documents.
