Note Trustee's Discretion to Select Alternative Method. The Note Trustee shall be at liberty to sanction some other method of giving notice to the Noteholders or any Class or Classes thereof if, in its opinion, such other method is reasonable having regard to market practice then prevailing and to the requirements of the stock exchanges on which the Notes are then admitted for trading and provided that notice of such other method is given to Noteholders in such manner as the Note Trustee shall require.

The Note Trustee shall be at liberty to sanction some other method of giving notice to the Seventh Issuer Noteholders or any Class or Classes thereof category of them if, in its opinion, such other method is reasonable having regard to market practice then prevailing and to the requirements of the stock exchanges or listing authorities on which the Seventh Issuer Notes are then admitted for trading listed and provided that notice of such other method is given to the Seventh Issuer Noteholders in such manner as the Note Trustee shall require.
