Common use of Noteholder Collateral Platform Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Noteholder Collateral Platform Guarantees. (a) The obligations of the Issuer under this Indenture and the Notes shall, as a result of the is- suance of the Noteholder Collateral Bond issued to the Trustee pursuant to the Noteholder Collateral Plat- form, be fully and unconditionally guaranteed, jointly and severally, on a senior secured basis, by each Guarantor under its Noteholder Collateral Platform Guarantee and each other Person that the Issuer shall cause to become a Guarantor pursuant to the terms of this Indenture following the Issue Date.
