Common use of Noteholder List Clause in Contracts

Noteholder List. (a) The Trustee will furnish or cause to be furnished by the Registrar to the Co-Issuers, the Managers, the Control Party, the Controlling Class Representative or the Paying Agent, within five (5) Business Days after receipt by the Trustee of a request therefor from the Co-Issuers, the Managers, the Control Party, the Controlling Class Representative or the Paying Agent, respectively, in writing, the names and addresses of the Noteholders of each Series as of the most recent Record Date for payments to such Noteholders. Every Noteholder, by receiving and holding a Note, agrees that none of the Trustee, the Registrar, either Co-Issuer, the Servicer, the Controlling Class Representative nor any of their respective agents shall be held accountable by reason of any disclosure of any such information as to the names and addresses of the Noteholders in the Note Register.
