Noteholder Lists; Ownership of Equipment Notes. (a) The ---------------------------------------------- Indenture Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of the Noteholders, which list shall be available to the Owner or its representative for inspection.
